Gilbert Jorgenson

President

Gilbert Jorgenson is an executive producer and award-winning photojournalist with over twenty years of experience in the broadcasting, advertising, and motion picture industry. An El Paso native, Gilbert is a proud UTEP Alumnus, and has been recognized by the Associated Press for his outstanding achievements in photojournalism, and the county of El Paso, and the state of Texas for his trailblazing efforts in growing the film industry in El Paso.

Ricardo Herrera

Creative Director

Ricardo Herrera is a director, producer, director of photography, and editor from Mexico City. In 1990, he began his career in film production working on commercials, music videos, and corporate videos. Ricardo received his bachelor’s degree in communications from UACH, and received additional accreditation in courses in film production.

Ricardo is the founder and owner of Intelia Films, Intelia Animation, and Intelia Productions with offices in the United States and Mexico. He is also co-founder of Star Central Studios.

Ricardo has produced several films, including, Sirus (2016) directed by Leo Gandera, Ozzy (2016) directed by Alonso DS, Saudade (2016) directed by Oliver Tavizon, Deathranch (2015) directed by Angel Benitez, and Escuadra (2015) directed by Diego Gonzalez. He served as direcotr of photography of feature film Los Hijos del fin del Mundo, director of animated short film Rino, prodcer on Skywatchers, directed by Efren Gutierrez, producer on No Pasa Nada, directed by Victoria Naranjos, producer and director of photograhy on Emperados, directed by Roberto Ramirez, producer on Los Anos de Otto, directed by Persia Cambell, and producer and director photography on Platonico directed by Alecs Roman.

Joshua Ruiz

Director of Business Development

Joshua Ruiz is a proud El Paso native who studied film and cinema production at the Los Angeles Film School. With his extensive experience, and training in all disciplines of filmmaking and visual arts, Joshua’s dreams are geared towards producing uplifting and inspiring family entertainment for people all over the globe.

Marcos “Scooter” Carrera

Studio Manager

Scooter Carrera was born in El Paso, Texas and grew up binationally between Juarez, Mexico and our beautiful borderland. With 12 years of experience in journalism, Scooter has played a key role working for CBS and NBC. Scooter has worked on national television commercials, documentaries, publicity campaigns, and a wide array of music videos. A passion for media and visual arts, Scooter enjoys television, studio work, and filmmaking.

Jennifer Cedillo

Chief Marketing Officer

Jennifer Cedillo is a California native who grew up all over the world. Jennifer has two decades of extensive marketing experience, and a wealth of knowledge in media, automotive advertising, public relations, and experiential event planning. Jennifer counts John Hughes as her greatest influence in film. “He inspired me to write my first screenplay. John Hughes captured an entire genre that was underrepresented in film. I want to create that same relatability.”
